- Develop the business model for the Industrial Services/Facility Management (ISM) division, working closely with stakeholders
- Develop the business plan for the ISM business division, working closely with the senior management team
- Create and identify appropriate go to market strategy for the business unit
- Identify and create partnerships with appropriate operational/technical partners or suppliers
- Identify and develop the ISM division’s unique selling proposition and an effective CVP
- Develop a prospect base within specified business sectors to generate effective leads and oversee execution of sales strategy
- Work with the affiliate team to develop specific business proposals and prepare operational, technical and commercial bids
- Create the performance management system for the business and the team by setting objectives and developing effective performance review system
- Identify key stakeholders, decision makers and influencers for the subject sector and develop contact/PR strategies
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team and foster a collaborative working environment
- Excellent communication abilities to liaise with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and promote a safe working environment
- Experience with project management tools to oversee facility improvement projects
- Ability to implement energy efficient practices and sustainability initiatives within facility operations
- Strong problem solving skills to address facility related issues proactively and efficiently

Responsibilities
- Develop the business model for the Industrial Services/Facility Management (ISM) division, working closely with stakeholders (internal & external) and be responsible for the initial roll out of the same at operational levels.
- Develop the business plan for the Industrial Services/Facility Management (ISM) business division, working closely with the senior management team.
- High priority will be given to individuals who have actively and directly served/ worked with key clients such as ARAMCO, SABIC, MAADEN, PIF projects etc.
- Create and Identify appropriate go to market strategy for the business unit.
- If and when required, identify and create partnerships with appropriate operational/ technical partners or suppliers (credible and competent entities) transparently with senior management approval.
- Using knowledge of the market and current competitive forces, identify and develop the ISM division’s unique selling proposition and an effective CVP.
- Work with and develop a prospect base within specified business sectors to generate effective leads and oversee execution of sales strategy.
- Work closely with the affiliate team to develop specific business proposals and prepare operational, technical and commercial bids to win business and customers.
- Create the performance management system for the business and the team by setting objectives and developing effective performance review system.
