- 2+ years’ experience assembly preferred
- Manufacturing and mechanical experience
- Ability to use basic hand tools and designated tooling
- Ability to use torque guns and vertical presses
- Ability to use gauges: Micrometer, Vernier, etc. required
- Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
- Blueprint reading and experience using work instructions
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality and safety procedures
- Qualified to operate powered industrial vehicles
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Computer skills; related to inventory control
- Strong mechanical aptitude
