The Role
The Industrial Engineering Intern will gain hands on experience to complement technical coursework. Interns will be exposed to the various Quality tools used in industry, and will have the ability to develop dashboards and drive continuous improvement. Interns will also be exposed to hardware test techniques and will have an opportunity to contribute to system design. Interns will be assigned roles on projects consistent with their level of education and experience.
What you'll do
Own and manage reliability tests conducted on various subsystems and systems in support of the test team
Support product performance analysis by compiling and interpreting data for investigations
Assist in creating and updating failure documentation for key systems
What you'll bring
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or situations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in common computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
Results-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience or familiarity with Python or SQL
Compensation
- The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00 per hour, though a candidate's hourly rate shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
