The Role
As a Quality Engineering Intern, you will support the quality engineering team in managing and improving internal and supplier quality to meet our stringent manufacturing requirements. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to help drive quality improvements that directly impact the production of our pharmacy automation systems.
The iA Intern Program is a 10-week summer internship, running from, Tuesday June 1, 2027, through Friday, August 6, 2027.
What You'll Do
Assist in evaluating and monitoring internal and supplier quality performance through data analysis and reporting.
Support internal and supplier audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Help investigate internal and supplier-related quality issues and participate in root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support documentation and tracking of quality metrics related to internal and supplier quality.
Participate in project teams focused on enhancing quality processes within the 10-week internship timeframe.

Who you are
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Detail-oriented with an interest in quality engineering and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations) is a plus.
Compensation
- The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00 per hour, though a candidate's hourly rate shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
