The Role
The People Team (HR) Intern will provide solutions-driven support to the People Team. This individual will gain a unique opportunity to see how HR strategy and academic theory translate into day-to-day practice in both manufacturing and office environments, building the skills and judgment needed for a successful career in HR.

The iA Intern Program is a 10-week summer internship, running from, Tuesday June 1, 2027 to Friday August 6, 2027.
What you'll do:
Partner with HRBP to support day-to-day people operations across Manufacturing, R&D, and Product teams
Assist with employee engagement efforts
Maintain a working understanding of HR policies, programs, plans, and initiatives
Help establish and refine SOPs and other HR processes in partnership with the People Team and business leaders
Collaborate with People Team members across functions to brainstorm and pilot new programs
Surface trends or issues from the floor and prepare recommendations to the HRBP for process or program improvement
Provide light administrative support as needed
Who you are:
Undergraduate student majoring in: Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field
Adaptive and flexible to work on an agile HR team in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable spending time on a manufacturing floor and interfacing directly with employees
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and a high level of discretion
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
It would be great if you also have:
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS tools
Ability to work independently
Solutions driven, curious mindset
Compensation
- The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00 per hour, though a candidate's hourly rate shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
