Preferred Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, or related field.
· PMP, Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification preferred.
· Excellent Communication Skills(verbal and written) in English.
Preferred Experience
· At least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Ability to analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, and work flow.
Development of Automotive Vehicle Body and/or Chassis Systems experience is desirable.
· Prior vehicle manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is mandatory.
· Experienced and knowledgeable in Lean Six Sigma (LSS), 5S, KPI, and Kaizen.
· Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing manufacturing and distribution of goods.
· Design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
· Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, production methods, and coordination of resources.
· Analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend proper automation opportunities.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to AED18,000.00 per month
