The candidate must be willing to learn, grow, and work independently and with others.
He/she must be flexible, self-motivated with a can-do attitude, and be detail and action oriented.
He/she must also demonstrate prioritization skills, the ability to multitask, cross-train, be committed to quality, and work with a sense of urgency.
The ideal candidate should have a high-school diploma or equivalent, 5 years of experience in industrial/electrical maintenance, and experience working in an industrial environment.
The candidate must have knowledge of AC and DC power and control circuits, three-phase power circuits, and VFDs.
Experience and understanding of PID process control loops and associated equipment is also required.
The candidate must demonstrate mechanical aptitude, the ability to grasp complex concepts easily, and pay attention to detail.
Additionally, he/she must demonstrate an outstanding attendance record and verbal and written communication skills.
