Construction Superintendent

Primary Responsibilities: The Construction Superintendent is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the construction mechanical and electrical teams.

• Provide leadership to the construction mechanical and electrical teams
• Lead efforts to achieve world-class goals: safety, quality, schedule, cost performance, team development, and compliance
• Develop and maintain a workforce that is experienced, motivated, and committed to organizational objectives
• Serve as key resource and point of contact between facility leadership, project managers, and engineers on project work.
• Implement, monitor, and drive project scheduling and completion
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates while addressing issues and resolving conflicts as needed
• Plan and execute multi-site project and maintenance operations for the crews while efficiently utilizing assets and resources to minimize cost

Job Experience: Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage complex projects, solve problems, and effectively lead people and resources to achieve results

• 5+ years of proven ability in leadership
• In-depth knowledge of construction and maintenance principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, construction management, or related field
• Familiarity with blueprints, AutoCAD, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
• CDL or ability to obtain and maintain CDL
