Responsibilities
- Design, implement, support and maintain Operational Technology network infrastructure including servers, workstations, routers, switches, firewalls
- Maintain system integrity and availability by implementing robust backup and recovery procedures
- Configure and administer Windows domain controller, active directory, group policies
- Implement and configure Security Incident & Event Management (Splunk) systems
- Implement and configure compliance and configuration management tools (Tripwire)
- Configure and administer WSUS to deploy and manage patches
- Configure and set up automated backup & recovery systems (e.g., Acronis, Veeam)
- Ensure endpoints are properly configured and protected with security updates (Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator)
- Configure and troubleshoot network monitoring tools including SNMP, NetFlow, and packet capture
- Monitor and analyze network traffic and logs to identify potential security threats
- Provide support during design review, factory acceptance test, site acceptance test, operational support, obsolescence management, upgrades, risk assessments, decommissioning, and new projects
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including system diagrams, configuration files, and user manuals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering from a recognized institution
- 5 years of experience in installation, configuration, setup, support of Cybersecurity infrastructure for DCS and PLC systems in an industrial environment
- 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Wide knowledge in Cybersecurity and Industrial Automation systems

Overview
- We are seeking an Industrial Computer Engineer to join Saudi Aramco's Marine Technical Support Department.
- The Marine Technical Support Department is a vital part of Saudi Aramco's Industrial Services, with a reliable fleet of vessels to provide Marine Services to support exploration, production, and transportation of oil.
- Your primary role is to serve as the Process Automation & Networks Administrator proponent representative, in the development, support and administration of Marine plants at Ras Tanura West Pier, Abu Ali Pier and Tanajib Pier respectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Experienced in designing, implementing, support and maintenance of Operational Technology network infrastructure, including servers, workstations, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Maintain system integrity and availability by implementing robust backup and recovery procedures, and performing regular maintenance and optimization tasks.
- Solid experience and knowledge in Windows System Administration, configuring domain controller, active directory, creating or modifying group policies etc., as per applicable standards.
- Experience with implementing and configuring Security Incident & Event Management (Splunk) systems to detect and respond to security incidents.
- Knowledge of compliance and configuration management tools (Tripwire), including their implementation, configuration, and use.
- Solid experience and knowledge in relational database management systems.
- Configure and administer WSUS to deploy and manage patches, updates, and hotfixes for all systems.
- Experienced in configuring and setting up automated backup & recovery systems (Eg: Acronis, Veeam).
- Ensure that all endpoints are properly configured and protected with the latest security updates and patches (Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator).
- Configure and troubleshoot network monitoring tools, including SNMP, NetFlow, and packet capture.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic and logs to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, from a recognized and approved institution.
- Five (5) years of experience in installation, configuration, setup, support of Cybersecurity infrastructure for the DCS and PLC systems in an industrial environment.
- Five (5) years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Must be fluent in written and oral English.
- Shall have wide knowledge in Cybersecurity and Industrial Automation systems.
