- Coordinate with customer service team, logistics, procurement, and accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing
- Stay up to date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively
Requirements
- Prior experience in indoor sales or a similar customer facing role
- Strong communication, follow up, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP B1 is a plus)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, email inquiries, and customer portal communications.
