Responsibilities
- Manage end to end procurement process for indirect categories including IT, Marketing, Professional Services, and Corporate Services
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, prepare commercial comparison sheets, and support supplier selection
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure timely procurement
- Support vendor onboarding by collecting and maintaining supplier documentation
- Assist with contract administration, including maintaining contract records and tracking renewals
- Maintain accurate procurement records, monitor PO status, support invoice reconciliation, and prepare procurement reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar senior Procurement position
- Minimum 6 years of overall experience in Procurement
- Experience in a large indirect Procurement organization dealing with multiple contract types covering Marketing and digital Marketing services
- Experience in Procurement sourcing and oversight for all procurement RFX process
- Excellent business development and relationship management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end procurement process for indirect categories, including IT, Marketing, Professional Services, and Corporate Services, from requisition to Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, prepare commercial comparison sheets, and support supplier selection in line with procurement policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Support vendor onboarding by collecting and maintaining supplier documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with contract administration, including maintaining contract records, tracking renewals, and coordinating with the Legal team on supplier agreements and documentation.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, monitor PO status, support invoice reconciliation, and prepare procurement reports while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in a related/similar senior Procurement position
- Min 6 years of overall experience in Procurement
- Experience in a large indirect Procurement organization dealing with multiple contract types covering Marketing and digital Marketing services
- Experience in Procurement sourcing and oversight for all procurement RFX process for smooth delivery of operations to procurement category managers
- Demonstrated passion and ease in building and nurturing relationships at all organizational levels, including senior and C suite executives.
- Excellent business development and relationship management skills.
