Responsibilities
- Support Students of Determination (SEND) and Gifted students with tailored interventions
- Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and differentiated strategies
- Conduct in class or pull out interventions to meet diverse learning needs
- Work closely with classroom teachers, counselors, and leadership team to foster inclusive learning environment
- Support staff training and collaborate with external specialists
- Liaise with parents and external experts to provide holistic support
Requirements
- UK approved Inclusion qualification (e.g., Master’s in SEN or Inclusion) and a relevant PGCE
- 3 years’ experience as an Inclusion leader in an international high performing school
- Experience working in a through school environment (age 3 18) preferred
- Up to date knowledge of best practice in Inclusion and current policy in UAE, UK and globally
- Strong knowledge of KHDA Inclusion guidelines and UAE education policies preferred
- Experience in managing IEPs, interventions, and multi tiered systems of support
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with assistive technologies, UDL, and evidence based intervention strategies
- Commitment to research driven, future focused, and student centered education
- A passion for inclusion and equity
- A growth mindset, reflective and solution focused
- Make a positive contribution to school community through extra curricular programme and community based events

Person Specifications
- UK approved Inclusion qualification (Master’s in SEN or Inclusion) and a relevant PGCE
- 3 years’ experience as an Inclusion leader in an international high performing school
- Experience in a through school environment (age 3 18) preferred
- Track record of improving Inclusion provision
- Up to date knowledge of best practice in Inclusion and current policy in UAE, UK and globally
- Strong knowledge of KHDA Inclusion guidelines preferred
