About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan weekly Inbound Forecast for KSA FC network
- Work closely with Retail, Fulfilled by Amazon, FC Operations in areas including Inbound Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Placement
- Develop deep understanding/technical proficiency on all Supply Chain tools
- Lead complex analysis, develop models and reports to drive key strategic decisions and support implementation on Operations topics across the region
- Standardize methodologies and findings, develop tools to support the increasing complexity of KSA's Supply Chain
- Lead regional projects and support implementation on Inbound Supply Chain topics that improve performance and execution
Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Key job responsibilities
- Plan weekly Inbound Forecast for KSA FC network.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
