At this stage, interns will be close to real business problems, daily execution, and cross-functional work across growth, business, operations, product, and design.

Role: In-Store Activation Intern
Period: 3-7 months
Location: Riyadh

- What We’re Looking For?
- Comfortable with field visits and daily branch interactions
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence speaking with store teams and branch managers
- Strong follow-up, discipline, and reliability
- Interest in field operations, sales enablement, and merchant activation
- Ability to drive action on the ground and keep teams engaged
Key Responsibilities
- Visit merchant branches
- Assess branch readiness
- Ensure Amwal materials are visible
- Support store team awareness
- Track activation gaps
- Follow up with branch teams
- Share field updates and improvement opportunities
