  • What We’re Looking For?
  • Speciality in CS, SWE, IS, MIS, Math, Data, Engineering, or related fields
  • GPA above 4.2/5 or 3.2/4
  • Strong analytical skills: structured thinking, comfort with numbers, and business judgment
  • Ability to build, run, and improve CRM / user marketing systems
  • Clear communicator with high ownership and comfort in a fast-moving startup environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns
  • Run growth initiatives and experiments
  • Analyze funnels, drop-offs, users, and segments
  • Manage data-driven side projects
  • Build and improve user marketing systems across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other channels
  • Support campaign performance tracking and growth reporting
  • What Success Looks Like In This Role?
  • Improving campaign execution and user communication
  • Building stronger CRM and user marketing flows
  • Automating parts of the user communication journey
  • Completing data-driven side projects with clear outcomes
  • Contributing to short-term revenue growth through practical growth wins
