- Provide policy and procedure guidance on Hiring
- Respond to/refer HR related inquiries Immigration process
- Managing internal communication with employees
- Participate in developing Succession and Career Development policy & procedures
- Help in designing, planning and implementing career management programs
- Help in Designing training curriculum in coordination with relevant authorities
- Liaise with projects in relation to their Saudization requirements
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Labor Relations or Recruitment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related administrative field
- Quick learner who is flexible and focused
