Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Update operational feedback and prepare cashiering and operational forms.
• Handle cash accurately and follow accounting procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, promotions, specials, and hotel services.
• Take orders accurately, make recommendations, and upsell by telephone.
• Follow POS procedures and meet delivery-time standards.
• Maintain a clean and prepared order-taker cabin and pantry.
• Support deliveries, other outlets, requisitions, and equipment care during operations.
• Maintain guest preferences and report complaints, service concerns, and operational deviations.

Personal Attributes and Experience

• Good verbal, reading, and writing proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, guest-contact, problem-solving, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in in-room dining, food and beverage, or a similar guest-facing hotel role.
• Experience with order taking, telephone etiquette, cashiering, and POS operations.
• Luxury hotel experience is preferred; LQA, HACCP, hygiene, and luxury service familiarity are advantageous.
• Ability to work during high-volume operations, extended hours, and changing requirements.

Education

• Secondary education or a relevant bachelor's degree.
