- **Hands-on regional proposal experience in Kuwait/Iraq market**
- Strong exposure to
- Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical & Industrial Shutdown/Turnaround proposals
- Capability to independently handle
- end-to-end EPC & Shutdown/Turnaround proposal lifecycle
- **Experience in:**
- Technical & commercial bid preparation
- Shutdown scope understanding, man-hour estimation & costing
- Pre-qualification documents and tender submissions
- Coordination with Engineering, Estimation, Planning & Commercial teams
