A leading family investment office in Dubai is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Manager / Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. The role involves financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and transformation initiatives across businesses in Angola, UAE, and India.

- Identify process gaps, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Work directly with SAP data and collaborate with finance teams across multiple geographies.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- Approximately 3 years with a Big 4 firm and 3 years in industry (FMCG or similar sectors)
- Strong experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Hands on expertise in SAP, Excel, Power BI, and AI enabled productivity tools
- Strong problem solving mindset with the ability to work independently
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English

- A leading family investment office is looking for a highly analytical and hands on FP&A Manager / Senior Financial Analyst to join its Dubai based team.
- This role will serve as the right hand to the Director of Finance and will play a critical role in driving financial analysis, business performance monitoring, project tracking, financial modelling, and transformation initiatives across businesses operating in Angola, UAE, and India.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Develop financial models, budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses.

Ideal Candidate
