Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd Level Restoration support for Intelligent Network services
- Troubleshoot and resolve service and network issues within agreed SLAs
- Investigate network disturbances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Handle Change Requests and implement network configuration changes
- Design and implement tariffs, service classes, and business configurations
- Prepare and execute software, hardware, and configuration upgrades
- Analyze network performance and traffic measurements
- Administer Linux based systems and virtualized environments
- Manage VMware infrastructure including ESXi, vCenter, vSphere, vSAN, and High Availability clusters
- Support SDP Geo Redundancy implementations and disaster recovery activities
- Automate operational procedures using SUF Playlists, Shell Scripting, and system jobs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in telecom core network operations or Intelligent Network environments
- Hands on experience with Ericsson Charging Systems and IN platforms
- Strong knowledge of GSM, WCDMA, and Core Network technologies
- Excellent knowledge of Ericsson Charging System nodes: SDP, CCN, AIR, VS, ECMS, OCC, IVR, NgCRS
- Strong understanding of tariff management and RMA handling
- Advanced VMware administration experience (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, etc.)
- Strong Linux System Administration experience
- Oracle Database Administration experience
- Unix Shell Scripting expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Job Summary
- Seeking an experienced IN Engineer to support the operation, configuration, troubleshooting, performance management, and optimization of Intelligent Network (IN) platforms.
- Responsible for maintaining network stability, resolving service issues, implementing system changes, monitoring network performance, and ensuring service availability.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Advanced VMware administration experience: vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, Datastore Management, vSwitch Configuration, High Availability Clustering.
- HP C7000 Blade Infrastructure administration.
- HP 3PAR Storage configuration and capacity planning.
- SAN switch and network switch configuration experience.
- Strong Linux System Administration experience.
- Oracle Database Administration experience.
- Unix Shell Scripting expertise.
