About the Role
Motaded Consultancy seeks an experienced Import & Export Sales Specialist to attract import/export companies and close customs clearance and freight contracts in Saudi Arabia. The role requires 5+ years of logistics sales experience, knowledge of FASAH, ZATCA, and SABER platforms, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities
- Attract importers, exporters, and trading companies and convert them into signed clearance/freight contracts
- Manage the full sales cycle: inquiry, meeting, quotation, contract, start of work
- Prepare competitive quotations for import/export clearance and negotiate to closing
- Build and manage a renewable sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Activate and expand relationships with importers/exporters, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
- Advise clients on import/export procedures and required documents at a sales level
- Monitor the market, competitors, and trade lane opportunities; submit regular pipeline reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export, customs clearance, freight, or logistics sales
- Knowledge of import and export customs procedures and customs service pricing
- Familiarity with FASAH platform, ZATCA procedures, and SABER platform
- Familiarity with Incoterms, HS Code classification, and core trade documents
- Knowledge of Saudi ports, border crossings, and bonded warehouses
- Strong, active relationships with importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and shipping companies
- Professional negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills with a proven sales track record
- Fluency in Arabic; English essential for international agents and shipping lines
- Able to work full time on site in Riyadh

Role Description
- To attract import and export companies and close customs clearance and freight contracts for completing their import/export procedures into and out of Saudi Arabia, building a sustainable client base of importers, exporters, and trading companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract importers, exporters, and trading companies and convert them into signed clearance/freight contracts.
- Manage the full sales cycle: inquiry → meeting → quotation → contract → start of work.
- Prepare competitive quotations for import/export clearance and negotiate to closing.

Required Qualifications

- Familiarity with the FASAH platform, ZATCA procedures, and the SABER platform / conformity certificates for imported goods.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, HS Code classification, and core trade documents (bill of lading, certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list).
- Knowledge of Saudi ports and border crossings and bonded warehouses.
- Strong, active relationships with importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and shipping companies.
- Professional negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills with a proven sales track record.
- Fluency in Arabic; English essential for international agents and shipping lines.
- Able to work full time on site in Riyadh.
