Responsibilities
- Prepare, check, and maintain all Import/Export documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Bills of Lading/Airway Bills
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) for procurement of goods
- Draft and manage Sales Contracts (SC) for sale of goods
- Handle and process Letters of Credit (LC)
- Prepare detailed Shipping Instructions in line with buyer requirements and LC terms
- Maintain accurate records of all export files and documentation for audit purposes
- Coordinate with sellers to ensure shipping documentation complies with buyer specifications
- Compile and prepare complete sets of shipping documents for buyers
- Monitor and track shipments through online systems
- Manage switching of Bills of Lading with shipping line offices in Dubai
- Follow up on document clearance, delivery status, and payment processes upon arrival of goods
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export documentation
- Prior experience in Letter of Credit (L/C) documentation is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English writing and speaking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
- Graduation degree
- Applicant must be in UAE

Job Description

Salary
- Starting salary package is 3000 AED to 4500 AED per month as per experience.
