INNOVATION WORLDWIDE DMCC is seeking a Compliance & Finance Officer (CA/CMA/Semi-Qualified) to handle corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, financial reporting, and compliance tasks.

Responsibilities
- Handle Corporate Tax related matters for Free Zone companies
- Understand Transfer Pricing, benchmarking and applicable methods
- Manage VAT documentation, ensure UAE VAT compliance and timely filings
- Handle ISO 9001:2015 documentation, including audit preparation and compliance tracking
- Renew D&B rating
- Prepare Board & General Meeting records/minutes
- Understand financial instruments including bonds, structured products and share analytical/opinion reports
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with UAE laws and IFRS
- Conduct internal financial audits to ensure adherence to company policies
- Knowledge of Trade Finance for Export/imports like Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee
Requirements
- CA or equivalent degree
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience
- Proficient in Tally Prime and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English
- Ability to handle team

Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Compliance & Finance Officer (CA/ CMA/ Semi Qualified CA / CMA) to join our growing team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and supporting compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling Corporate Tax related matters for Free Zone companies
- Understanding of Transfer Pricing, benchmarking and applicable methods
- VAT documentation, ensuring UAE VAT compliance and timely filings.
- Other Compliances: ISO 9001:2015 documentation, including audit preparation and compliance tracking; Renewal of D&B rating; Board & General Meeting records/minutes
- Understanding of financial instruments including bonds, structured products and able to share analytical/opinion reports with management.
- Good knowledge of IFRS and preparation of Financial statements in accordance with UAE laws
- Internal financial audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of Trade Finance for Export/imports like Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee
- Knowledge of Forex Hedging is desirable.
Requirements
- CA or Equivalent degree.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting.
- Ability to handle team
- Strong diligence and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Proficient in using Tally Prime accounting software and bookkeeping.
- Education: Bachelor's (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 2 3 years
- Tools: Tally, Microsoft Office
- Language Requirement: English well spoken and written.
Compensation and Job Type
- Pay: AED 7,000.00 AED 10,000.00 per month
