Customs Compliance
- Stay updated on customs regulations, trade laws, and import/export policies in the UAE.
- *Ensure that all imported goods comply with local regulations and standards.
Documentation
- :
- Manage and review all import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
Customs Declarations
- Prepare and submit customs declarations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with customs authorities to resolve any issues or discrepancies in declarations.
Tariff Classification
- Classify goods according to the appropriate tariff codes for customs clearance.
- Determine and apply applicable duties and taxes.
Knowledge
- :
- Understanding of international trade, customs laws, and tariff
- classifications.
- Knowledge of customs clearance software and systems.
