Role Overview
The role focuses on application software implementation and support for UAE banking and payment systems.
The engineer will support customer implementations, troubleshoot application issues, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
Core Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field is required.
- At least 4–5 years of experience in application software implementation and support is required.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities is required.
Payment Systems
- Hands-on knowledge of CBUAE payment systems, including ICCS, WPS, FTS, DDS, and IPP, is required.
- Candidates with strong UAE banking or payment-systems implementation and support experience are preferred.
Technology Skills
- Experience with .NET and .NET Core technologies is required.
- Experience with application servers and SQL databases or basic SQL queries is required.
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and application integrations is required.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is required.
