Implementation Coordinator

Gulf Associates is looking for an Implementation Coordinator to provide organizational support for our commercial advisory projects across the Middle East.

This is a full-time, fully remote role that focuses on the practical steps required to turn high-level investment decisions into operational reality.

We are currently managing a project for a European industrial group establishing a presence in Saudi Arabia, which requires this role to maintain close remote coordination with various local logistical partners and service providers during the setup phase.

We are a commercial advisory firm that helps international investors, family groups, and sovereign entities make decisions about the Gulf region.

We do not produce long, theoretical reports or use generic methodologies to fill space.

Instead, we provide direct commercial judgment and help our clients understand how regional markets actually clear.

Our work often involves identifying the right partners, assessing the economics of a deal, and helping a client decide when to commit or walk away from a capital investment.

We operate as a small, distributed team of experienced professionals who prefer the concrete weight of a transaction over the abstraction of traditional consulting.

We value directness and the ability to focus on the real answer rather than a polished presentation.

Because we are a remote firm, we rely on each team member being reliable and proactive.

We do not micro-manage, but we do expect high standards of accuracy.

This position is a paid, permanent opening for candidates who can overlap with Gulf Standard Time (GST) for core team meetings.

Employment setup

This is a full-time, fully remote position.

While the company is based in the United Arab Emirates and the work often connects to projects inside Saudi Arabia, our team is located across multiple regions.

This role is open to any candidate with the right skills, regardless of their current location.

No work authorization for a specific country is required as the engagement is fully remote.
