What you’ll be doing?
Assess and document current-state customer workflows, business processes, and system usage.
Conduct gap analyses to identify areas where product configuration, process changes, or custom solutions are required.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and documentation, with acceptance criteria and traceability.
Evaluate system capabilities and constraints to ensure alignment with customer goals and regulatory requirements.
Plan and manage implementation milestones, tasks, dependencies, and timelines across multiple concurrent clients and projects.
Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans aligned to scope, budget, and delivery commitments.
Track risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests; drive mitigation and escalation as needed.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer teams.
Serve as a primary point of contact for implementation-related activities and deliverables.
Facilitate client working sessions, design reviews, status meetings, and readiness checkpoints.

Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to both internal and external stakeholders, escalating and communicating blockers and challenges appropriately.

What we’re looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, healthcare administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of experience in software implementation, business analysis, project management, or professional services, preferably in healthcare technology.
Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, Six Sigma, or similar are a plus.
