Role Summary
The Implementation Analyst I role is responsible for developing, configuring, testing, and supporting chatbot and workflow automation solutions using low-code platforms.
The role focuses on implementing business requirements through chatbot development, workflow automation, and API integrations while ensuring solution quality and adherence to best practices.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong mix of:
- Chatbot and workflow development
- Low-code platform knowledge (Chatlayer, Node-RED or similar)
- API integration and troubleshooting
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Learning mindset and technical curiosity
Chatbot & Workflow Development
- Design and develop automation workflows and chatbot solutions using Chatlayer, Node-RED, or similar low-code platforms.
- Configure, develop, test, and deploy chatbot solutions based on business requirements.
- Implement conversational flows, business logic, and workflow automation.
- Support enhancements and maintenance of existing chatbot implementations.
Automation & Integration
- Develop and integrate chatbot workflows with REST (JSON) and SOAP APIs.
- Configure third-party system integrations using APIs.
- Assist in implementing workflow automation to improve business processes.
- Perform API testing and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
Testing & Support
- Perform functional testing and quality assurance of chatbot and workflow solutions.
