We are seeking an experienced Immigration Case Manager to handle end-to-end immigration and visa application cases. The role involves managing client files, preparing documentation, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with government authorities.

- Conduct client interviews to gather required personal and legal information
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the application process
- Prepare, review, and submit immigration and visa application forms
- Draft supporting letters and ensure all documentation meets legal standards
- Manage multiple immigration cases from initiation to completion
- Track application progress and ensure all deadlines and requirements are met
- Ensure full compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and policies
- Stay up to date with changes in immigration rules and procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed case files and records
- Liaise with government authorities, legal counsel, and third parties
- Analyze case data to improve processing efficiency and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Immigration Case Manager (mandatory)
- In depth knowledge of immigration laws and procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in immigration or case management systems
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Job Description
- Job Title: Immigration Case Manager
- Location: UAE
- Job Type: Full time
- Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month
- Important Notice: Experience is mandatory
- Applicants without prior immigration case management experience will NOT be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client interviews to gather required personal and legal information
