- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Immigration Sales Consultant or similar role in the UAE
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in an immigration consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of immigration programs for Canada, Australia, UK, and USA
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office

Job Overview
- We are looking for a results driven Immigration Sales Consultant with proven experience in the UAE immigration consultancy market.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into clients by providing accurate immigration guidance, assessing eligibility, and clearly presenting our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and web forms
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversion opportunities
- Conduct in depth consultations (in person, phone, or virtual) to understand client goals and background
- Provide tailored advice on suitable immigration pathways
- Assess client profiles against current immigration requirements for various programs
- Present and sell appropriate immigration services
- Clearly explain processes, timelines, costs, and documentation requirements
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong, trust based relationships through transparent and ethical guidance
- Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures
- Collect initial documentation from clients
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Immigration Sales Consultant or similar role in the UAE
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in an immigration consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of immigration programs for Canada, Australia, UK, and USA, IRELAND, NETHERLANDS
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities
- Empathetic, persuasive, and client focused approach
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
