- Manage end to end immigration and visa processes for employees, contractors, and dependents
- Ensure compliance with all applicable immigration, labor, and government regulations across operating regions
- Monitor changes to immigration legislation and proactively implement process updates
- Maintain accurate immigration records, documentation, and audit trails
- Coordinate international assignments, employee transfers, and relocation processes
- Provide guidance to employees and hiring managers on visa requirements, work permits, and residency regulations
- Oversee the PRO team, visa process and communications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 8 years experience in immigration, global mobility, or employee services
- Strong knowledge of UAE immigration laws, labor regulations, and government processes
- Experience managing international immigration and cross border workforce mobility programs
- Proven experience dealing with government authorities and external immigration service providers
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Role Overview
- We are seeking an Immigration Manager to lead and manage all immigration, visa, work permit, and employee mobility processes across our UAE operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience
