- Create and maintain master data using SAP, WinShuttle, MDM tools, and Microsoft Office
- Ensure adherence to master data governance standards including approval matrices and data dictionaries
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather accurate data for system entry and approvals
- Manage intake requests with focus on customer service and timely resolution
- Perform data validation, duplicate checks, and completeness reviews prior to entry
- Monitor and improve data quality through audits, integrity checks, and compliance reporting
- Use reporting and analytics to identify data gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Support system enhancements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and process improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources
- Conduct audits and report on data quality metrics
- Train and support business users, contributing to cross functional knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SAP and LSMW/WinShuttle
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Supply Chain certification (CPIM, CSCP, SCMP) preferred
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred
- Familiarity with Power BI preferred
- Experience with Fieldglass preferred

Overview
- The Business Analyst (Intermediate), functioning as a Master Data Analyst, reports to the Manager, Inventory Management and Master Data.
- Responsible for creation, maintenance, and governance of master data supporting end to end business processes across supply chain, procurement, and finance.
- Ensures high data quality, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain master data using SAP, WinShuttle, MDM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Ensure adherence to master data governance standards, including approval matrices, data dictionaries, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather accurate and complete data for system entry and approvals.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SAP and LSMW/WinShuttle.
