Responsibilities
- Manage end to end Saudi immigration cases, including eligibility assessments, document preparation, submissions, and follow ups
- Provide clear, compliant guidance to clients and employees on immigration requirements, processes, and timelines
- Communicate case progress proactively, including risks, anticipated delays, and required actions
- Identify potential issues (e.g. travel plans, dependents, medical) and address them early
- Maintain accurate case records and updates in the case management system in line with agreed SLAs
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, government authorities, and overseas colleagues as required
- Support reporting, tracking, and billing activities linked to case delivery
- Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and best practices within the team
- Provide informal guidance and support to junior team members when needed
Requirements
- 2 3 years of experience in immigration or global mobility, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment
- Competent in drafting clear immigration advice and compliance assessments
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage employee and client expectations professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of work, and proactively managing workload

Job Description

- We are looking for an Immigration Consultant to join our Saudi Arabia (KSA) practice.
- This role is ideal for a mid level professional with solid immigration experience who can manage cases independently, deliver high quality client service, and contribute to a collaborative, fast paced team environment.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Manage end to end Saudi immigration cases, including eligibility assessments, document preparation, submissions, and follow ups
- Provide clear, compliant guidance to clients and employees on immigration requirements, processes, and timelines
- Communicate case progress proactively, including risks, anticipated delays, and required actions

Essential Criteria

- Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of work, and proactively managing workload
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Saudi Arabia immigration processes
- Exposure to Middle East immigration markets
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, or similar systems
- Experience in a high volume, compliance driven environment
- Arabic language skills (advantageous but not essential)
