- Prepare and review corporate documents, applications, and filings
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise clients on their impact

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate services, company formation, or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia
- Experience dealing with government authorities and regulatory bodies
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Job Description

The Role
- As a Corporate Services Consultant, you will support clients with the establishment, maintenance, and ongoing compliance of their entities in Saudi Arabia.
- You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high quality corporate services solutions.
- This is a client facing role where attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and a proactive mindset are key.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Supporting the incorporation, licensing, and restructuring of entities in Saudi Arabia
- Managing day to day corporate governance and statutory compliance activities
- Liaising with government authorities, regulators, and third party service providers
- Coordinating with internal teams across jurisdictions to deliver cross border solutions
- Preparing and reviewing corporate documents, applications, and filings
- Monitoring regulatory changes and advising clients on their impact
- Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems
- Providing timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders
The Team
- You will be part of our Corporate Services team in Saudi Arabia, working within a regional network that supports clients across the Middle East.
- The team specialises in entity management, company secretarial services, and regulatory compliance.
What We Are Looking For
- Essential criteria: 2–5 years of experience in corporate services, company formation, or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia
- Experience dealing with government authorities and regulatory bodies
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Preferred skills: Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field
- Experience supporting multinational clients or cross border projects
- Familiarity with regional corporate services frameworks (e.g., GCC jurisdictions)
