The Role

  • As a Corporate Services Consultant, you will support clients with the establishment, maintenance, and ongoing compliance of their entities in Saudi Arabia.
  • You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high quality corporate services solutions.

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Supporting the incorporation, licensing, and restructuring of entities in Saudi Arabia
  • Managing day to day corporate governance and statutory compliance activities
  • Liaising with government authorities, regulators, and third party service providers
  • Coordinating with internal teams across jurisdictions to deliver cross border solutions
  • Preparing and reviewing corporate documents, applications, and filings
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and advising clients on their impact
  • Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems
  • Providing timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders

Essential Criteria

  • 2–5 years of experience in corporate services, company formation, or a related field
  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia
  • Experience dealing with government authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience supporting multinational clients or cross border projects
  • Familiarity with regional corporate services frameworks (e.g., GCC jurisdictions)
