The role advises high-net-worth clients, assesses their objectives, recommends suitable programs, and manages the sales journey through closing.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on citizenship and residency-by-investment options.
- Assess client eligibility, objectives, and financial requirements.
- Present European, Caribbean, and other investment-migration programs.
- Manage qualified leads and conduct professional consultations.
- Prepare proposals and follow up to convert opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams after closing.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and regulatory awareness.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in citizenship by investment, residency by investment, or investment migration.
- Strong knowledge of European residency programs and second-passport solutions.
- Ability to convert qualified leads and close high-value cases.
