Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced BIM Manager for a leading architecture and engineering consultancy in Dubai.
The role supports prestigious and complex developments, including luxury hotels, high-rise commercial projects, and high-rise residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM implementation and delivery across major projects.
- Manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
- Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and project protocols.
- Lead clash detection, model coordination, and BIM reviews.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Manage and mentor BIM teams while driving BIM best practices.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of BIM experience, including experience in a BIM management or leadership position.
- Strong project experience in luxury hospitality, high-rise commercial, and high-rise residential developments.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, coordination, and multidisciplinary workflows.
- Experience managing BIM teams and coordinating complex projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- UAE or GCC experience is highly preferred.
