Responsibilities
- Teach General Science from Grades 6 to 8 and Chemistry in High School Diploma or IBDP from Grades 9 to 12
- Plan and deliver well structured lessons that promote a love of learning
- Assess and record student development, identifying areas for improvement
- Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils
- Maintain high levels of behaviour among students and promote safety
- Contribute to the development of the Science Department and curriculum
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding pupils' achievements and well being
- Fulfill wider professional responsibilities including extra curricular activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in teaching from an accredited institution
- Required teaching certification for Qatar MOEHE
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Experience teaching Chemistry at High School Diploma, IB Diploma Level or A Level
- Experience teaching General Science from Grades 6 to 8
- English language proficiency

Job Description
- Key Duties and Areas of Responsibility include teaching General Science (Grades 6 8) and Chemistry (Grades 9 12), curriculum development, and contributing to the Science Department.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in teaching from an accredited institution
- Required teaching certification for Qatar MOEHE
- Meet professional teacher education requirements of school
- Child Care and Protection
- Experience teaching Chemistry at High School Diploma, IB Diploma Level or A Level
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- English is mandatory
