Role Overview
Support the implementation, configuration, and operation of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions.
Work with security, infrastructure, and application teams to provide secure and efficient identity management.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support enterprise IAM platforms and workflows.
- Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver identity lifecycle processes.
- Develop and maintain IAM connectors and enterprise application integrations.
- Configure roles, permissions, access policies, approval workflows, and certification processes.
- Support SSO, MFA, and access governance implementations.
- Troubleshoot IAM workflows, integrations, and access-related incidents.
- Assist with access reviews, compliance checks, and audit activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and support platform enhancements.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5–6 years of hands-on Identity and Access Management experience.
- Experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as SailPoint, IBM IAM, Imprivata IAM, or similar solutions.
- Hands-on IAM connector development, application integration, and workflow configuration experience.
- Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and identity federation.
- Experience with IAM troubleshooting, access provisioning, and security controls.
- Programming knowledge in Java, C++, or similar technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with REST or SOAP APIs and IAM SDKs.
- Exposure to cloud identity platforms and SaaS application integrations.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and incident management.
- Experience supporting access certification and audit activities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
