IAM / PAM PKI Engineer (CyberArk \| MFA \| Identity Security)

A leading consulting environment in Riyadh is looking for an

Iam And Pam Pki Engineer

to drive and enhance
enterprise identity security capabilities
across MFA, PAM, and PKI.
This role goes beyond operations.
You’ll play a key part in shaping the future identity landscape, with upcoming initiatives including:
Windows Hello for Business rollout
SailPoint (IGA) adoption
BeyondTrust (PAM) transformation

• Thales HSM-backed PKI

🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesMFA \| Cerebra mPass
Configure and manage MFA policies, integrations, and onboarding
Integrate MFA with VPN, cloud apps, and internal systems
Troubleshoot authentication issues and optimise user experience
Support migration roadmap to Windows Hello for Business
PAM \| CyberArk (Current) → BeyondTrust (Future)
Manage CyberArk environment (Safes, CPM, PSM, onboarding, rotations)
Strengthen privileged access governance and controls
Improve operational hygiene and access workflows
Support evaluation and future migration to BeyondTrust

IGA \| SailPoint (Future)

Support readiness for IGA implementation (JML, SoD, reporting)
Contribute to planning, design, and operational frameworks

PKI \| Thales HSM (Future)

Support certificate lifecycle management and integrations
Maintain inventory, renewals, and operational processes
Assist with HSM-backed PKI planning and governance concepts

Operations, Compliance & Automation

Ensure IAM/PAM events are visible in SIEM
Maintain KPIs, reduce alert noise, and improve monitoring
Support incident RCA, documentation, and audit readiness
Automate processes using PowerShell, Python, and APIs

Requirements

5+ years in

Iam And Identity Security And Cybersecurity

Strong hands-on experience with:
**CyberArk (essential)**
MFA platforms (Cerebra mPass or similar)
Solid understanding of:

• Active Directory & LDAP

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Scripting experience (PowerShell or Python)

Preferred

Saudi National preferred
Exposure to Windows Hello for Business, SailPoint, or Beyond Trust
Experience in regulated or audit-driven environments
Relevant certifications (CyberArk, Microsoft Identity, CISSP, CISM, ITIL)
