- Lead overall strategic direction and execution of the company's long term growth plans
- Drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion across Saudi Arabia and the wider region
- Lead the organization's journey towards IPO readiness
- Take full ownership of financial performance including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and long term financial planning
- Build, mentor, and develop a high performing executive leadership team
- Strengthen corporate governance, compliance, operational excellence, and risk management frameworks
- Lead business transformation initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and sustainable growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Board, shareholders, strategic partners, government entities, investors, and key clients
- Provide regular strategic updates to the Board while ensuring the organization achieves its commercial and financial objectives
Requirements
- Previous experience as CEO, Managing Director, COO, General Manager, or Business Unit Director within consulting or professional services
- Proven track record of leading consulting or professional services organizations
- Strong commercial acumen with significant experience in financial management, P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business planning
- Experience leading business transformation and organizational change
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Experience preparing organizations for IPO, private equity investment, or major restructuring is highly advantageous

About the Opportunity
- Ameera Talent Solutions has been exclusively retained to appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on behalf of a well established and growing consulting firm in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategic direction and execution of the company's long term growth plans.
- Drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
- Lead the organisation's journey towards IPO readiness, ensuring the business is investor ready.
- Take full ownership of financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and long term financial planning.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high performing executive leadership team.
- Strengthen corporate governance, compliance, operational excellence, and risk management frameworks.
- Lead business transformation initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

About You
- Previous experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer (COO), General Manager, or Business Unit Director within a consulting, advisory, or professional services environment.
- Outstanding executive leadership with a proven ability to build and lead high performing teams.
- Extensive experience developing and executing business strategy that delivers sustainable commercial growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with significant experience in financial management, P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business planning.
- A solid understanding of corporate governance, Board reporting, executive decision making, and organisational accountability.
- Experience leading business transformation and organisational change within complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Boards, shareholders, investors, government stakeholders, and executive leadership teams.
- Experience preparing organisations for IPO, private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, or major corporate restructuring would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.

Working Pattern
- Full time, office based. This is an on site executive leadership position.
