About The Role

• Ameera Talent Solutions is supporting a leading technology and systems integration organisation in Jeddah as it expands its Data, Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence practice.
• What you will own
• Lead solution design for Data Governance, BI and AI across pre-sales and live engagements
• Own end-to-end delivery of governance frameworks, BI platforms and AI/ML use cases
• Carry P&L responsibility across your streams: revenue, cost, margin and resource utilisation
• Act as the senior client lead in steering committees, escalations and executive conversations
• Build KPI frameworks, semantic layers and reporting standards that scale across business units
• Take AI use cases from idea to deployment, with responsible AI and model governance built in
• Grow accounts through upsell, cross-sell and long-term client trust
• What you bring (must-haves)
• Proven senior leadership of Data, BI and AI delivery
• Strong command of data governance, data architecture (Warehouse, Lake, semantic layer), BI (e.g. Power BI) and the AI/ML lifecycle
• Commercial ownership: P&L, effort estimation, proposals and RFP responses
• Confidence in front of C-level business and IT stakeholders
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Strong preference for
• Background with a system integrator or consulting firm (delivery plus pre-sales exposure)
• Direct experience in the healthcare sector, ideally with a healthcare-focused system integrator
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Teradata, Oracle, Informatica or DataStage, and with regulated, compliance-driven environments
• What is on offer
• Salary: 40,000 to 50,000 SAR per month

• Location: Saudi Arabia

• A leadership seat with genuine ownership across strategy, delivery and commercials
