Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, answer questions, and provide friendly assistance throughout the sales process.
• Present product features, benefits, prices, availability, promotions, and services accurately.
• Identify needs, recommend products, explain solutions, handle objections, and convert sales opportunities.
• Achieve individual, store, and team sales goals, revenue targets, conversion objectives, and key performance indicators.
• Build customer relationships, encourage repeat business, support retention, and provide post-sale follow-up.
• Recommend complementary products, upgrades, accessories, warranties, and additional services.
• Process purchases, payments, returns, exchanges, receipts, and related documentation accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, competitors, and market trends.
• Maintain organized and properly labeled displays, shelves, promotional areas, and sales materials.
• Check availability, support stock counts, report damaged or missing items, and coordinate replenishment.
• Record customer interactions, sales activities, leads, transactions, and performance information in approved systems.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, in-store promotions, digital orders, and other sales initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, business development, telesales, or a related field is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with additional sales, marketing, business, or customer service training as a plus.
• Ability to identify customer needs, present product benefits, handle objections, close sales, and achieve targets.
• Strong customer service, communication, relationship-building, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic point-of-sale, payment terminal, customer relationship management, or sales application experience is preferred.
• Ability to accurately handle payments, calculate totals, apply discounts, issue receipts, and reconcile sales information.
• Strong attention to detail when processing transactions, recording information, checking products, and following procedures.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, move or arrange products, and perform sales-floor activities.
• Strong English communication is preferred; Arabic communication may be required or preferred based on business needs.
• Ability to work in Medina and follow assigned schedules, including weekends, holidays, or extended hours.
