Role Overview

Sales and Customer Service

• Welcome customers, identify their needs, answer questions, and provide a positive sales experience.
• Explain product features, benefits, prices, promotions, warranties, and available options.
• Recommend suitable products, identify selling opportunities, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Meet individual and team sales targets, revenue goals, conversion rates, and service standards.
• Analyze customer needs, preferences, and budgets to provide suitable solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products, upgrades, accessories, services, and promotions.
• Process orders, payments, invoices, discounts, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers and support customer retention.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns and escalate complex issues when required.

Operations and Collaboration

• Check stock levels, confirm product availability, communicate delivery times, and coordinate with inventory or operations teams.
• Maintain organized displays, accurate price labels, promotional materials, and a clean sales area.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, services, competitors, promotions, pricing, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, orders, follow-up notes, and transaction details.
• Report sales performance, customer feedback, product demand, stock concerns, and recurring inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Inventory, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Follow sales, pricing, discount, payment-control, privacy, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Support opening and closing procedures, replenishment, inventory checks, and sales-location readiness.

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, customer needs analysis, product recommendations, objection handling, upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales is required.
• Strong customer service, verbal communication, numerical accuracy, organization, teamwork, and target-management abilities are required.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale, customer relationship management, email, Microsoft Office, and sales or inventory applications is required.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, business development, account support, or a related field is preferred.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Knowledge of Arabic is preferred to support communication with customers in Jeddah.
