- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts across Jeddah
- Present products, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed targets
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Plan and manage daily routes and customer visits within Jeddah to maximize market coverage
- Ensure products are displayed, priced, and replenished according to brand standards
- Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory status
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure order accuracy and timely deliveries
- Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues professionally and promptly
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred, ideally in FMCG, retail, or distribution
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English
- Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong planning and time management skills, including route planning
- Comfortable using smartphones, CRM systems, and MS Office
- Willingness to travel throughout Jeddah and work flexible hours; valid driver’s license preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment

Job Summary
- Niceone is seeking a proactive, customer focused Salesperson to join our Jeddah team.
- The successful candidate will develop new business, manage customer accounts across retail and wholesale channels, execute daily sales activities to achieve regional targets, and represent the Niceone brand professionally.
- This role requires strong communication skills, a results oriented approach, and the ability to work independently within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Identify and pursue sales opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts across Jeddah. Present products, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business, accurate order placement, and high satisfaction levels.
- Territory Coverage: Plan and manage daily routes and customer visits within Jeddah to maximize market coverage, ensure product availability, and execute merchandising plans.
- Merchandising & Displays: Ensure products are displayed, priced, and replenished according to brand standards and promotional schedules.
- Reporting & Documentation: Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory status. Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM or sales systems as required.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and communicate insights to the sales manager.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure order accuracy, timely deliveries, and effective promotion execution.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues professionally and promptly to maintain trust and a positive brand image.
Skills And Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of sales experience preferred, ideally in FMCG, retail, or distribution. Strong candidates who are recent graduates with commercial aptitude will be considered.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Negotiation & Closing: Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
- Organization: Strong planning and time management skills, including route planning and accurate recordkeeping.
- Technology: Comfortable using smartphones, CRM systems, and MS Office for reporting and communication.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel throughout Jeddah and work flexible hours as required. Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Legal Eligibility: Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
