Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, assess their needs, provide accurate product information and tailored recommendations
- Proactively promote products and current promotions, work to meet individual and store sales targets
- Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, verify pricing and signage accuracy
- Learn and maintain up to date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions
- Operate cash register and payment systems accurately, process transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to meet daily operational goals
- Adhere to cash handling procedures, security protocols, and company policies
- Provide regular feedback to store management on customer trends, inventory needs, and sales performance
Requirements
- 1+ years of retail or sales experience preferred; entry level candidates with strong customer service skills encouraged to apply
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering friendly, responsive service
- Comfortable handling cash and basic transactions with attention to detail
- Able to stand for extended periods, lift and move stock
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia

Job Summary
- Seeking a motivated, customer focused Salesperson to join retail team in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, assess needs, provide product information and recommendations.

Skills And Qualifications
