Hyperautomation Engineer

End-to-End Automation Design: Design and implement hyperautomation solutions that combine RPA, workflow orchestration, APIs, data, and AI to automate complex, multi-system business processes.

RPA & Workflow Engineering: Develop, test, and deploy robust automation workflows using RPA platforms, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability in production environments.

System Integration & APIs: Build and maintain integrations between internal systems and external platforms using REST APIs and structured data to enable seamless cross-system automation.

AI-Enhanced Automation: Incorporate AI-driven capabilities and intelligent document processing into automation solutions to improve decision-making, accuracy, and efficiency.

Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to eliminate manual effort, reduce complexity, and improve operational scalability.

Production Support & Troubleshooting: Monitor automation performance, investigate failures, and resolve production issues to ensure stable and uninterrupted workflow execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into practical, scalable automation solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Maintain and enhance existing automations, improving performance, scalability, and resilience across systems and regions.

Documentation & Standards: Create clear technical documentation, process flows, and solution designs while following development standards and best practices for automation governance.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

3 - 6 years of experience in automation, RPA development, system integration, or software engineering roles.

Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath or similar automation platforms.
