Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, with equivalent experience considered.
3–4 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer, Technical Communicator, or in a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences.
Strong aptitude for quickly grasping complex technical concepts and presenting them in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner.
Excellent attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
