- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across all hotel areas including guest rooms, public spaces, kitchens, and back of house areas
- Develop, implement, and monitor hygiene protocols and cleaning schedules in compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel standards
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping and hygiene staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure cleanliness, identify areas for improvement, and address any hygiene related issues promptly
- Maintain inventory and stock control of cleaning supplies and equipment, managing procurement requests as necessary
- Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to provide seamless service and maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff
- Handle guest feedback concerning cleanliness and hygiene matters, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution
- Ensure compliance with local health regulations, safety standards, and hotel policies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hygiene Supervisor or similar role in a 5 star luxury hotel or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, cleaning techniques, and health and safety regulations
- Leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards consistently
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
- Relevant certification in hygiene or housekeeping is a plus
- Must be currently in UAE

Overview
- Apt Resources is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Hygiene Supervisor to join the team at a prestigious 5 Star Luxury Hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across all hotel areas including guest rooms, public spaces, kitchens, and back of house areas.
