Role Overview
- Responsible for operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of pipeline pre commissioning equipment during activities including flooding, cleaning, gauging, hydrotesting, dewatering, and air drying.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor pre commissioning equipment as per procedures and supervisor's instruction.
- Ensure proper setup and alignment of equipment and connections (hoses, fittings, manifolds).
- Maintain safe operating pressures, flow rates, and chemical injection levels.
- Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on pumps, compressors, and dryers.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth and continuous operation during pre commissioning.
- Record equipment parameters and support daily equipment operating log reporting.
- Follow safety protocols and assist in emergency response when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the equipment operating area.
